We stopped using pictures of real food because we often would scan menus & the quality in black and white was terrible, so my boss said cute clip art was better. The picture on our options is clip-art of spaghetti whorled around a fork and upright on a plate but, it’s clearly cartoon spaghetti… I am puzzled by what she means, and I foolishly assume that maybe she wants it with a different sauce. However, I don’t think this woman knew what spaghetti was.Ĭustomer: “This picture is different, I don’t want it like this! Can’t you change it?”
Spaghetti is one of the pasta options we have for a main course, with either no sauce for self-serve, with red or white sauce, garden rotini pasta salad, or mac & cheese. However, sometimes they request stuff we simply cannot do, or just plain old stupid. As my boss is out, that leaves me and my mother to figure out what we need later. We get in a small family, who wanna make a reservation for a gathering with a full buffet with tables and they have rented a band to play later. We’d host parties and weddings in an old Greek church, next to a large rental warehouse place if we needed more space.
